SwitchedOn (SO) is an app developed by neuroscientists and professional athletes to enhance physical and cognitive performance. SO offers randomized cues that can be perceived through sight or sound on your mobile device, creating a realistic simulation of the processing demands faced by athletes during competitive situations. Our objective is to provide training drills and tools that enhance athletes' ability to perceive, decide, and react more efficiently, resulting in better decision-making on the field or court.
